You can view E-Mail Proposals after sending them. You may need this functionality to recall which product you offered and what price you quoted to a specific prospect or customer.
1. Select reports from business section of the Main Menu or Tea Ball.

2. Proposals Sent report will be displayed. Enter any or none of the parameters including Customer E-mail, product id and time interval. Click on submit.
3. A list of matching E-Mail proposals will be displayed.
