Processing sales orders is easy with RugBird.com. Oriental rug sellers and buyers may add aditional notes and track order history. Oriental rug sellers may complete and close sales orders after shipment. Buyers can track status of their orders online.
1. Select sales orders function from Tea Ball menu.
2. A list of your all sales order sorted by order id will be displayed. Click on the order id link to process an order.
3. You can view and update the status of the sales order. You also can tag notes to sales order. Click on Update Order Status button to save changes.
*Notes are visible to both buyers and sellers.
You'll receive a confirmation message and order status will be updated. Below you can see sales order after saving changes above.
